RESERVATION FEE

NOTES:

1. Published PRICES depend on DEVELOPER. Some may give prices based on LIST PRICE or GROSS TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE.

a) LIST PRICE does not include 12% VAT and Miscellaneous Fees and Other Charges.

b) The GROSS Total Contract Price is inclusive of 12% VAT and Miscellaneous Fees and Other Charges.

2. Reservation Fees are part of Contract Prices, non-refundable and non-transferable, valid for 30 days.

3. Parking slots may be sold together or separately depending on DEVELOPER.

4. Miscellaneous Charges (MCC) are subject to change based on prevailing rate at the time of processing of the applicable documents.

5. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Payments will be made directly to DEVELOPERS through their designated bank accounts together with completed documentation.

7. Buyers identity will be verified through submission of government IDs such as passport.

8. Foreign nationals can purchase condominiums with ownership through Condominium Certificate of Title.

9. Developers reserves the right to rectify the figures appearing herein in the event of any unintentional error.
